General Public Meetings
The General Public Meeting of the Boyertown Soccer Club is held at the Hope Community Church, Gilbertsville. We always welcome coaches, parents, referees, or any individual to come to any of our board meetings. We welcome suggestions or ideas that can be a great contribution to the Boyertown Soccer Club. Board of Directors Meetings
The Board of Directors meet on a regular basis to discuss various topics surrounding the operation of the Boyertown Soccer Club. Every Board of Directors meeting is attended by at least 4 active voting board members to achieve quorum.
Non-voting board members and paid staff also attend the Board of Directors meetings to provide additional support or feedback during the meetings.
The Board of Directors meetings are not open to the public and are by invite only.
