Pennsylvania state law requires background check for all staff and volunteers to you sports.

The PA Child Protective Services Law changed effective December 31, 2014. The change no longer permits organizations conduct background checks through a third party provider. All background checks must be completed using the provider designated by PA Act 153 per the requirements of the law. Click Here for additional info.
